Client Relationship with Hiring Managers
Our approach is to partner with hiring managers to determine the exact qualifications and skills needed in the Ideal Candidate. We interview candidates extensively to ensure their experience and needs are appropriate for the job and culture offered by our client.
The direct recruiting starts with sourcing through referrals and networking with professionals in the disciplines and businesses where qualified candidates are most likely to be and other sourcing techniques. We do not rely on unsolicited resume flow or blind ads.
The EMAC team utilizes our extensive database and comprehensive networks. Because of our direct recruiting methodology, we add many new candidates to the database weekly and routinely update our existing candidate records. Candidates are interviewed in strict confidence, and the client is not identified until a qualified candidate expresses an interest in the position.
Once a qualified candidate expresses definite interest in the opportunity, we evaluate their qualifications and assess their work history. We strive to refer the best fit candidates; not only technically, but also from a philosophical standpoint. Furthermore, we carefully interview the candidate and isolate the candidates who are committed to making a career move.
We present a short list of individuals who best fit the Ideal Candidate Profile. After the client interview(s), we debrief both the hiring manager and the candidate, and then follow up to ascertain the candidate’s interest and provide additional information on an as needed basis.
We assist the client in negotiating and composing the offer. Once we have reviewed the final offer, our approach is typically to have the hiring manager extend the final offer. After the offer is extended, we stay in contact with the selected candidate(s) to resolve any remaining issues and facilitate a prompt acceptance and early start date.
